Technical Joint Head

Served as the Technical Joint Head of DevForge, leading the technical planning and execution of workshops, hackathons, and hands-on learning initiatives focused on software engineering, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies.

The role involved designing technical curricula, mentoring student developers, reviewing project ideas, and coordinating with organizing teams to deliver practical, industry-aligned learning experiences. I worked closely with fellow technical leads to bridge the gap between theoretical concepts and real-world software development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planned and organized technical workshops, coding sessions, and project-based learning events.
  • Designed workshop content covering topics such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Structures & Algorithms, and Full-Stack Development.
  • Mentored students during hands-on sessions, hackathons, and technical project development.
  • Reviewed project architectures, implementation strategies, and software engineering best practices.
  • Assisted participants with debugging, Git workflows, API integration, deployment, and development environments.
  • Collaborated with organizing committees to design technical challenges and learning roadmaps for community events.
  • Coordinated with speakers, mentors, and industry professionals to ensure high-quality technical content and event execution.

Contributions

  • Delivered interactive technical sessions focused on practical implementation rather than theoretical instruction.
  • Helped organize multiple technical events, coding competitions, and collaborative development activities.
  • Encouraged open-source contributions, collaborative software development, and continuous technical learning.
  • Supported students in building portfolio-ready projects through mentorship and technical guidance.
